Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026. These terms cover your use of floridanewopenings.com, operated by HD Signals LLC (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.
What the service is
Florida New Openings gathers public Florida filings, such as business registrations and state license records, and organizes them into lists of businesses that appear to be opening. Filings are a signal, not a promise: a business that files may open late, change its name or never open.
Free list and Pro membership
- The free list is free. We may change what it includes.
- Pro is $29 per month, billed by HD Signals LLC through Stripe, and appears on your statement as FL NEW OPENINGS.
- Founding members: if you join before launch, your card is saved at checkout and first charged on December 1, 2026. Cancel any time before then and you are not charged.
- After that, Pro renews monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
- Promo codes apply as described when you redeem them and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will make it right.
Acceptable use
Use the lists for your own business purposes. Do not resell or republish the lists in bulk, scrape the site, or use the information to harass anyone or to break any law, including laws on unsolicited calls, texts and email.
Accuracy
We work to keep the lists accurate, but the data comes from public records that can be late, incomplete or wrong. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. It is not legal, financial or investment advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
