What we collect
- Email and metro when you join the waitlist or free list, plus the page and campaign that brought you (for example a utm_source tag).
- Billing details when you become a Pro member. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
- Usage data through Google Analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate location), used to improve the site.
How we use it
To send the lists and emails you asked for, run your membership, answer your messages and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the product for us: Stripe (payments), Kit (email delivery), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and Google Analytics. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
About the businesses we list
Listings come from public records published by the State of Florida, such as business registrations and state license files. If a listing about your business is wrong, use the contact form and we will correct it.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information through the contact form, and you can cancel a membership at any time.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep checkout and sign-in working and for Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work, though some features may not.
Children
Florida New Openings is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell members by email about material changes.
